Shipping policy

Orders of £30 or more qualify for free delivery in the UK.

A few large and/or heavy items are excluded from free delivery due to high delivery costs - check individual item descriptions.

Royal Mail First Class - £4.95
You should expect to receive your parcel within 1-2 working days from dispatch.

Royal Mail Second Class - £2.95
You should expect to receive your parcel within 3-5 working days from dispatch.

These are not tracked services so you will not receive delivery updates.

We aim to pack & post orders within 24 hours of the order being placed from Monday-Friday. Orders WILL NOT be packed or posted on weekends or Bank Holidays.

Delivery of an order shall be completed when we deliver the products to the address you gave us and the products will be yours from that time.
