The Simple Bird Feeder

How to recycle & feed your garden birds. Buy this simple feeder & keep that plastic bottle you were about to recycle. But don’t drop it its made of zinc and is not that robust as we discovered.

Bird feeding with no mess

This is the second "Soda Bottle" feeder we've had, the first was bought on holiday in the USA. Strongly made, and dicourages some of the larger "bully boy" birds from swiping everything before the little'uns get a look in. The bottle keeps the seed dry until it's needed. Only downside is that it's rather expensive.
